Terms & Conditions:

1. Maximum duration of ads are as below:

Standard plan - 1 months [ MYR 4,000 Facebook Ads Management Value with approx. 25% Service Fee = MYR 5400 +6% SST ]
Advanced plan - 2 months [ MYR 8,000 Facebook Ads Management Value with approx. 23% Service Fee = MYR 10,400 +6% SST ]
Enterprise plan - 3 months [ MYR 17,000 Facebook Ads Management Value with 15% Service Fee = MYR 20,000 +6% SST ]

commencing from the date of publication of ads.

2. If you are a new customer of SHOPLINE, you will enjoy a one-off creative promotion for free. Such promotion cannot be stacked against other promotions and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for other services. We can provide one (1) round of amendment if the design is not satisfactory. For further amendments, a change fee of RM200 applies to each round of request by you.

3. The advertising plan is limited to ads only, excluding Facebook page management, replying comments/messages or any other customer services.

4. Government tax of 6% applies to the above advertising plans which shall be borne by you.

5. The advertising plans are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Once the advertising campaign's details have been confirmed, additional changes in the campaign (campaign duration, target audience, target location, and other related items) are not allowed. Any changes by you are subject to a change fee of RM200 for each round request.

7. The execution of the ads are subject to your prompt supply of accurate information. We shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is free from copyright infringement.

8. We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss directly or indirectly arising out of the service rendered to you.

9. We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing and offerings without further notice to you.

10. We do not guarantee the results, sales, or performance of the ads.
